In case you missed it, Section 3010 of the FY2010 war cost supplemental appropriations bill signed by the president on July 29th, amends the 2008 Clean Contracting Act by requiring OMB to make available on a public website, information on contractor integrity.  This information is recorded in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS).  It includes criminal and civil proceedings against contractors in connection with a federal award, contractors who had federal contracts terminated, and contractors banned from doing business with the government.  Previously, DoD has exempted such information (in FOIA requests) from release citing the sensitivity of internal decisions on contract awards.  The posting requirement excludes information on past performance reviews.
