Due to the impact of Covid-19, the National Awards Committee is working with headquarters staff to develop alternative methods for this year‘s awards presentations.
In terms of the Five Star Chapter Competition, the deadline has been extended from April 10 to April 30, 2020.
What does this mean to your chapter?
- Even if you have already submitted your competition form, you may continue to input chapter activity that occurred between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020.
- If your chapter had a meeting, professional development event, community service activity or other points qualifying activity planned in March 2020 that was canceled, please claim the event and indicate the cancellation when completing the report.
- If your chapter needs an extended amount time to complete the report due to work closures, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
