The President requested $159.3 billion to fund Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) in FY2011.  This includes $89.4 billion for military operations, $15.3 billion for force protection and to defeat improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and $16.9 billion to support Afghan and Iraqi security and coalition forces.  Another $21.3 billion will replace, repair, and upgrade equipment lost or degraded in combat.  The remaining funding is for intelligence and classified programs, military construction, and temporary end strength increases.  You can find additional information this request on the OUSD(Comptroller) website
