Of all the sessions I attended during the Orland PDI 2010, Mr Williams was the best speaker/instructor and with the largest number of audience. He is truly dynamic and motivating!

was hesitant, because I haven’t
been in the Government as long as a lot of the folks who are taking the CDFM Certification courses and passing them. I did not attend the PDI, but Thank Mr. Williams for the study information. I’m scheduled to take the CDFM course in July and test thereafter.
I first of all want to personally thank Mr. Williams for putting this data together in my quest to become CDFM certified. These supplements are very practical and have been evidenced to aid in helping several financial management analysts in the NSA Midsouth area attain CDFM status, as he’s briefed it at our local mini PDI’s…hitting the ball out of the park each time!
His step-by-step practical approach is absolutely monumental in aiding even the most exemplary student in becoming more confident in his/her ability to pass the CDFM tests. The structure, timelines, tempo are all on target, making “Excellence” achievable/attainable.
Bottom line: These are awesome supplements, that shouldn’t be overlooked while studying for the CDFM test. I’ve read them over and over, and have referenced them several times while studying for my CDFM tests. Kudos to you Toney!
This is awesome information! Not only will these supplements assist me in studying for my CDFM test, but everyone in the ASMC world as well. As a young financial management analyst (FMA) in the world of government finance, I admire the fact that Toney is very dedicated in mastering his craft. Toney’s can-do attitude is so powerful & contagious, it empowers and propels even the youngest FMA to strive to meet the goal of becoming a CDFM. By sharing his valuable CDFM insight with others, it is evidenced that he has a desire to improve not only his financial knowledge, but the entire defense finance community as well. BRAVO Toney!!
Thank you for a fantastic presentation, I just wish it were longer. An hour certainly didn’t do you justice. Toney was by far the best speaker at PDI. I certainly enjoyed his enthusiam because he made what had the potential to be dry, exciting and fun. Maybe he should offer his service to some of the other sessions that had trouble keeping my attention!
