Webinar: Transforming PPB&E: New Tools for Success

During this lively and interactive workshop, we will explore how Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies can help federal agencies to automate and modernize the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) function. Presenters will discuss key challenges within the PPBE function, including the manual nature of coordinating and analyzing budget requests and the difficulty of analyzing mid-year financial and operating performance. Presenters will provide an overview of some of the leading and emerging EPM solutions within the federal marketplace, and how organizations are using these solutions to transform their PPBE processes, by automating budget formulation activities and utilizing analytic tools to promote performance transparency. After presenting a case study illustration, presenters will facilitate an open discussion on the particular challenges that participants are facing within the PPBE function.
