Overview: One of the most often used and misused office tools is email. This webinar reviews the common mistakes, best practices, and lessons learned to help streamline receipt, processing, and answering the never-ending stream of communication that comes straight and unfiltered to our desks and phones. About the instructor: Peter Tyson is a retired U.S. Navy engineering test pilot with over 21 years of active duty. He is a test pilot instructor and provides training on an array of professional topics. Peter teaches public speaking, professional writing and risk management skills. He provides workforce training and development to government and industry partners.
