Commercial Air
Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located approximately twenty minutes from the downtown hotels and convention center. Taxis are available in both the Lindbergh and Humphrey terminals. Fares one way to downtown range from $35 to $45. Minneapolis also offers a light rail service from the airport to the downtown area. Light Rail Transit (LRT) trains stop at both Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey. Light rail fares for adults are $2.25 during rush hours (Monday through Friday, 0600 to 0900 and 1500 to 1830 pm) and $1.75 at other times. Please consult your hotel or the light rail website for proximity of your hotel to a rail station.

Daily Shuttles
Regular shuttles will transport attendees to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center, where daily events take place. Hotels that have shuttle service include the Best Western Normandy, Crowne Plaza Northstar, Comfort Suites, Marriott City Center, Radisson Plaza, and the Renaissance Depot. A handicap accessible vehicle will be available if needed.

Availability is very limited at this time. Hotel reservations may now be made by contacting our housing bureau at 702-798-8309 or email housing1@rhq.com. PDI room rates will range from $119 to $140 per night at thirteen different hotels.

Per Diem Information
Max lodging per diem for Minneapolis is $120 and meals and incidentals per diem is $71. Attendees should contact their local training office or training personnel to obtain authorization to file for actual cost for lodging. Meals included in the registration fee are breakfast (Wednesday-Friday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday), and dinner (Wednesday and Friday).
